NEU2082FGP is an unmanaged industrial PoE+ Ethernet switch designed to power and connect edge devices in harsh environments. It provides 8 10/100Base-TX RJ45 PoE ports and 2 1G SFP uplink ports, enabling flexible copper access for field devices and fiber uplinks for long-distance backbone connections.

NEU2082FGP supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE. Each PoE port automatically detects the powered device type and delivers up to 15.4W for 802.3af or up to 30W for 802.3at, simplifying installation for IP cameras, wireless access points, intercoms, access control terminals, and industrial sensors.

For network reliability and fast deployment, NEU2082FGP supports one-click HSR seamless redundant ring and one-click VLAN isolation. A built-in DIP switch also supports one-click network storm suppression configuration to help reduce broadcast storms and keep industrial networks stable during commissioning.

The switch is built for industrial power systems and long-term operation. It supports redundant DC 48 to 58V input via a removable terminal block and includes reverse polarity protection. The fanless wave-shaped aluminum alloy enclosure improves heat dissipation and reduces maintenance, and the IP40 rating with DIN-rail mounting supports installation inside industrial cabinets.

NEU2082FGP is designed for harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C, storage temperature of -40 to 85°C, and 5 to 95% non-condensing humidity. It references industrial EMC and immunity performance requirements including FCC Part 15 Subpart B Class A, EN 55022 Class A, and IEC 61000-4 series items, and it references shock, freefall, and vibration standards for industrial installations.

NEU2082FGP is CE, FCC, and RoHS compliant and is backed by a 5-year warranty. It is specified with an MTBF of 300,000 hours, supporting long lifecycle industrial projects.

Typical topology includes PoE access at the edge with fiber uplinks to the control room. The 8 PoE ports power edge devices, and the SFP uplinks connect to the backbone over fiber for longer distance and improved EMI resistance. VLAN isolation can be used to separate automation devices from video monitoring traffic.
