NEU10160G Industrial Ethernet Switch – 16x 10/100/1000Base-TX, Fanless IP40, Redundant DC12–52V

NEU10160G is a rugged 16-port unmanaged industrial Gigabit Ethernet switch built for stable operation and easy maintenance. It provides sixteen 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ45 ports to connect industrial devices at Gigabit speed with plug-and-play deployment.

NEU10160G supports redundant DC 12 to 52V input and reverse polarity protection, improving power reliability in industrial DC systems. The fanless wavy aluminum alloy enclosure is designed for efficient heat dissipation and long-term continuous operation, with IP40 protection for cabinet deployment.

For stable network forwarding, NEU10160G uses store-and-forward switching and provides an 8K MAC address table with a 4 Mbit packet buffer. LED indicators provide clear status for power and data activity, helping field engineers diagnose links quickly.

The product is specified for -40 to 75°C operation and 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. It references FCC Part 15 Subpart B Class A, EN 55032 Class A and IEC 61000-4 series immunity tests, and it references shock, freefall and vibration standards for harsh installation conditions.
