NEU1021G Industrial Ethernet Gigabit 2RJ45 1Fiber Media Converter

NEU1021G is designed for Industrial Ethernet automation networks that need a simple way to aggregate two copper devices and uplink to fiber. It provides 2×10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports and 1×1000Base-FX fiber interface with optional SFP, SC, ST, or FC, enabling flexible integration into existing fiber infrastructure. The converter helps extend network distance and improve noise immunity without complex configuration.

Built for industrial durability, NEU1021G features a fanless design and an aluminum alloy heat-dissipating enclosure for long-term, maintenance-free operation. It supports redundant DC 9–52V power input and reverse polarity protection to reduce downtime in control cabinets. With -40°C to 75°C wide temperature capability and strong resistance to surge, lightning, EMI, and vibration, it remains stable in demanding industrial environments.

NEU1021G is suitable for automation communication environments such as Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet RT, and EtherCAT. Typical applications include PLC cabinet networking, machine cell connectivity, remote I/O extension, and industrial CCTV fiber uplinks. Recommended topologies include point-to-point cabinet links, star networks with fiber uplinks to a central industrial switch, and tree or chain networks for distributed production areas.
