NEU1041G Industrial Ethernet Gigabit Switch 4-Port RJ45 + 1-Port Fiber

NEU1041G is a rugged Gigabit Industrial Ethernet switch engineered for stable operation in electrically noisy and physically demanding environments. It provides four Gigabit copper ports for field devices and one Gigabit fiber uplink for long-distance backbone transmission, with optional SFP/SC/ST/FC interfaces to fit project requirements. The design supports fast deployment in industrial cabinets and distributed installations where reliability is the primary goal.

The switch uses a fanless architecture and an aluminum alloy enclosure with IP40 protection for efficient heat dissipation and low maintenance operation. It offers strong resistance to surge, lightning, electromagnetic interference, and vibration to help maintain link stability. Redundant DC 9–52V power inputs with reverse polarity protection improve availability and reduce installation risks. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C supports continuous service in outdoor enclosures, tunnels, and factory floors.

NEU1041G is suitable for automation networks using Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet RT, and EtherCAT. Typical uses include control cabinet networking, machine cell connectivity, and industrial CCTV edge aggregation with fiber uplinks. Recommended topologies include point-to-point cabinet links, star uplinks to a core industrial network switch, and chained backbone links across long corridors or distributed production zones.
