NEU50244T8CGS Industrial Ethernet Switch, 24GE RJ45 + 4 SFP + 8 Combo L3 Managed

NEU50244T8CGS is a rack-mounted L3 managed industrial Ethernet switch designed for aggregation and core-layer deployments that require high-density Gigabit access and flexible fiber uplinks. It provides 24 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports for connecting industrial access devices and edge switches, plus fiber interfaces including 4 SFP ports and 8 optical and electrical multiplexing combo ports. This mixed-interface design supports scalable industrial convergence, allowing copper access and fiber backbones to be built within one platform.

The switch is developed for industrial networking topologies such as point-to-point, star, tree, chain, and ring architectures. For high availability, NEU50244T8CGS supports ERPS ring technology with self-healing time under 50 ms to reduce downtime in the event of a single-link failure. STP, RSTP, and MSTP are also supported to match different redundancy strategies and mixed-vendor environments.

NEU50244T8CGS offers rich network functions for segmentation and traffic control in converged OT networks. It supports 802.1Q VLAN tagging and advanced VLAN features including QinQ, Voice VLAN, MAC VLAN, and IP VLAN. Link aggregation improves bandwidth utilization and provides uplink redundancy, while QoS priority settings help protect time-sensitive services. Broadcast, multicast, and unicast suppression helps prevent storms and maintains stable operation in large networks. Port mirroring supports troubleshooting and commissioning.

Multicast optimization is supported through IGMP v1/v2/v3 and IGMP snooping, helping reduce unnecessary flooding in video, monitoring, and industrial data distribution. Security and access control functions include ACL and 802.1X port-based network access control. Management and maintenance are supported via Web, CLI, and SNMP, including SNMP v1/v2/v3, with interface status monitoring and log management for operational visibility.

Designed for harsh environments, NEU50244T8CGS uses an IP40 fanless aluminum-alloy enclosure with efficient heat dissipation and enhanced surge and EMC protection. It supports dual redundant DC 9–52V input with reverse polarity protection and operates from -40°C to 75°C for 24/7 industrial deployment.
