NEU1081G Industrial Ethernet Switch, 8RJ45 + 1SFP Gigabit Unmanaged

NEU1081G is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed for reliable gigabit connectivity with a fiber uplink option. It provides eight 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ45 ports for local devices and one 1000Base-FX SFP optical port for uplink, backbone aggregation, and extended transmission distance. With plug-and-play operation, NEU1081G enables fast deployment for industrial networks without complex configuration.

The switch is engineered for harsh environments with a compact IP40 fanless enclosure and efficient heat dissipation. Industrial-grade surge protection and strong EMC performance help maintain stable communication in electrically noisy sites. Dual redundant DC 9–52V wide-voltage power input with reverse polarity protection improves uptime and reduces installation risk. The wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C supports 24/7 operation in automation cabinets and industrial field enclosures.

NEU1081G uses store-and-forward switching to deliver dependable packet forwarding across mixed traffic conditions. Key performance specifications include an 8K MAC address table, 2.5 Mbit packet buffer memory, 20G switching bandwidth, and switching delay under 10 microseconds. This makes it suitable for industrial monitoring, control communication, and edge aggregation where stable forwarding behavior is required.
