NEU1062F Industrial Ethernet Switch, 6FE RJ45 + 2FE Fiber Unmanaged

NEU1062F is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed for Fast Ethernet networks that require stable copper access and dual fiber transmission. It provides six 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports for connecting industrial edge devices and two 100Base-FX optical ports for uplink, inter-cabinet links, or extended transmission distance over fiber. With plug-and-play operation, it enables quick deployment for industrial field networks without complex configuration.

Built for harsh environments, NEU1062F features an IP40 fanless corrugated aluminum-alloy enclosure with efficient heat dissipation. Enhanced surge protection and strong EMC performance help maintain reliable communication in electrically noisy industrial sites. The switch supports dual redundant DC 9–52V wide-voltage power input and reverse polarity protection to improve uptime and reduce installation risk. A wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C supports 24/7 operation in control cabinets and field enclosures.

NEU1062F uses store-and-forward switching to provide dependable packet forwarding for industrial monitoring and control traffic. Key performance specifications include an 8K MAC address table, 1.5 Mbit packet buffer memory, 1.6G switching bandwidth, and switching delay under 10 microseconds, while typical power consumption is under 5W. The 100Base-FX optical ports are available with optional SC, FC, or ST connectors to match different fiber termination requirements.

Typical applications include factory automation networks, PLC and HMI connectivity, industrial PC networking, and monitoring access aggregation where fiber links are needed between cabinets or zones. Common deployment topologies include point-to-point fiber links, star aggregation in a central cabinet, tree distribution for multi-area workshops, and line or daisy-chain installations along production lines.
