NEU1051GZ-SFP Industrial Ethernet Switch, 5-Port RJ45 + 2.5G SFP Uplink

NEU1051GZ-SFP is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed to deliver stable edge connectivity for industrial automation and rugged monitoring networks. It supports simple plug-and-play deployment while maintaining reliable operation in harsh environments.

The switch provides five 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports for PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, IP devices, and industrial gateways. For uplink and long-distance transmission, it includes an SFP fiber port supporting 100M, 1G, and 2.5G. Fiber uplink can help reduce electromagnetic interference impact and improve link stability in electrically noisy areas.

NEU1051GZ-SFP is built for industrial power conditions and continuous operation. Redundant DC 9 to 52V dual inputs help maintain network availability during power fluctuations, and reverse polarity protection supports safer field wiring. The fanless wavy aluminum enclosure supports efficient heat dissipation with low maintenance. With IP40 protection and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C, it is suitable for control cabinets, factory floors, outdoor enclosures, and transportation infrastructure cabinets.

Typical applications include production line networks, machine cells, distributed control cabinets, and remote monitoring systems. A common topology connects multiple edge devices to the five Gigabit copper ports, then uses the SFP fiber uplink to connect to a core switch or aggregation switch over longer distance. This topology is often selected when copper distance is limited or when EMI, grounding, and surge exposure make fiber a more reliable uplink medium.
