NEU1011GZ Industrial Ethernet Switch 1xGbE RJ45 1x2.5G Fiber Unmanaged

NEU1011GZ is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed for stable connectivity in industrial automation networks and harsh electrical environments. It provides one 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 port for local device access and one optical uplink supporting 100M, 1G and 2.5GBaseFX, helping extend transmission distance and improve noise immunity compared with copper-only links.

The switch is built for plug-and-play deployment where quick installation and low maintenance are required. Its fanless architecture and wavy aluminum enclosure support efficient heat dissipation, while the IP40 protection level is suited for installation inside control cabinets or directly on automation equipment. Store-and-forward switching supports reliable forwarding behavior for industrial traffic.

For industrial power conditions, NEU1011GZ supports redundant dual power inputs and reverse connection protection. The product is engineered with anti-surge, anti-lightning, anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-vibration capabilities to maintain stable operation in demanding sites. It is designed for long-term operation from -40°C to 75°C and offers an MTBF of 300,000 hours.

Typical applications include connecting PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, remote I/O and sensors to a fiber backbone, linking machine cells to a cabinet aggregation switch, and uplinking remote cabinets to a central control room switch through fiber. A common topology is a local device connection via the RJ45 port with the fiber port used as the uplink to a core industrial Ethernet switch, improving reliability across long or noisy routes.

NEU1011GZ is compatible with mainstream industrial automation protocols including Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet RT and EtherCAT at the industrial Ethernet network layer. It is CE, FCC, RoHS certified and comes with a 5-year warranty.
