NEU1041GZ Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switch, 4 Gigabit RJ45 + 2.5G SFP

NEU1041GZ is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch designed to provide stable and long-term connectivity for industrial automation and rugged field networks. It is built for plug-and-play deployment, helping system integrators and OEMs expand Ethernet nodes quickly without complex configuration.

The switch offers four 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports for PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, sensors gateways, and other edge devices. For backbone extension and noise-sensitive installations, it includes one fiber interface that supports 100M, 1G, and 2.5G, enabling longer transmission distance and stronger immunity to electromagnetic interference. This combination supports a reliable edge-to-backbone link from machine areas to control rooms or aggregation cabinets.

NEU1041GZ is engineered for industrial power conditions. Redundant dual DC 9 to 52V inputs help maintain operation during power fluctuations, and reverse polarity protection supports safer wiring. The fanless aluminum enclosure and IP40 protection level support continuous 24/7 operation with low maintenance. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C, the switch is suitable for factory floors, outdoor cabinets, energy infrastructure, and transportation environments.

Typical applications include production line networking, machine cells, distributed control cabinets, and remote monitoring sites. A common topology connects multiple on-site Ethernet devices to the four Gigabit RJ45 ports, while the fiber uplink connects to a core switch or aggregation switch over a longer distance. Fiber uplink is also recommended when electromagnetic noise, grounding constraints, or surge exposure makes copper cabling less stable.
