NEU1042GZP Industrial Ethernet Switch, 4× Gigabit PoE+ + 2× 2.5G Fiber Uplink, Unmanaged

NEU1042GZP is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch developed for PoE surveillance and remote site networking. It provides four PoE+ RJ45 ports to power and connect IP cameras, intercoms, access-control terminals, and wireless CPE devices, with up to 30W per PoE port for typical PoE+ loads. Two fiber interfaces support 100M, 1G, and 2.5GBase-FX to create long-distance uplinks from edge cabinets back to the monitoring center.

For deployments in tunnels, highways, ports, industrial parks, and utility corridors, NEU1042GZP helps reduce outages caused by heat, vibration, EMI, and unstable power. The fanless IP40 aluminum enclosure is designed for DIN-rail mounting and efficient passive cooling. Dual DC 48–58V redundant inputs with reverse connection protection increase resilience when one power feed fails. The -40°C to 75°C operating temperature range supports 24/7 outdoor and semi-outdoor installations.

Typical topology: cameras and wireless bridges connect to the four PoE+ RJ45 ports in a pole or cabinet, then fiber uplinks carry aggregated traffic to a core switch or NVR network in the control room. The fiber backhaul improves transmission distance and immunity to electrical noise compared with copper-only designs.
