NEU1041F Industrial Ethernet Switch, 4FE + 1FX Unmanaged

NEU1041F is a compact unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switch that combines copper access ports with a fiber uplink for industrial network extension. It offers 4 Fast Ethernet RJ45 ports for device connections and 1 100Base-FX optical port to push data farther across factory buildings, tunnels, campuses, and outdoor cabinets. Multiple fiber interface options are supported, including SFP and common connector types such as SC, ST, and FC. With suitable optics, fiber reach can be extended up to 120 km.

For industrial reliability, NEU1041F uses a fanless thermal design and an IP40-rated metal housing to improve durability and heat management. The device is built for environments where vibration, temperature variation, and electromagnetic interference are common. It supports DIN-rail mounting to simplify installation in control panels.

Power stability is addressed through redundant 9–52 VDC inputs and reverse-polarity protection. This makes NEU1041F a strong fit for industrial automation and security applications where downtime must be minimized. Typical deployments include fiber point-to-point links to a central control room, star topologies for distributed workshops, tree topologies for multi-zone expansion, and chain topologies for production lines or roadway cabinets.
