NEU1050FP Industrial Ethernet 5-Port 10/100 PoE Switch

NEU1050FP is an industrial Ethernet unmanaged PoE switch designed for reliable edge connectivity in harsh environments. It provides a simple plug-and-play solution for connecting and powering field devices without complex configuration. The switch includes one 10/100Base-TX uplink port and four 10/100Base-TX PoE ports, making it ideal for compact industrial networks where stable power delivery and dependable data communication are required.

The four PoE ports support IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, delivering up to 30W per port with automatic PoE device detection. This reduces installation time and cabling cost by carrying power and data on a single Ethernet cable. Typical powered devices include IP cameras, wireless access points, industrial sensors, access controllers, and other PoE-enabled terminals deployed at the network edge.

Built for industrial operation, NEU1050FP features a fanless thermal design and an aluminum housing for efficient heat dissipation. The unit supports DIN-rail installation in control cabinets or automation enclosures. It is engineered with anti-surge, anti-lightning, and anti-electromagnetic interference protection to help maintain stable operation in electrically noisy environments. Wide-temperature performance from -40°C to 75°C supports continuous operation in factories, tunnels, outdoor cabinets, and transportation-related installations.

For higher availability, the switch supports redundant DC power input in the range of 48V to 58V and includes reverse polarity protection. This design helps reduce downtime caused by wiring mistakes or single power source failure. The switch is designed for long service life with an MTBF of 300,000 hours.

Typical applications include industrial CCTV networks, factory automation cells, smart building edge PoE deployments, and transportation subsystems. Common topologies include point-to-point links from a control cabinet to a remote enclosure, star networks with the uplink connected to an aggregation switch, tree networks for multi-area expansion, and simple chain deployments where multiple edge nodes are connected in sequence.
