IER5011GG 5G Industrial Cellular Router (Single SIM, SA/NSA), 2.4/5.8GHz Wi‑Fi, Remote Management

IER5011GG is an industrial‑grade 5G router designed for secure wireless networking and data transmission in demanding field deployments, supporting SA/NSA 5G networks and dual‑band Wi‑Fi up to 1200Mbps.

IER5011GG is a rugged industrial 5G cellular router created for industrial IoT connectivity, remote equipment management, and reliable on‑site networking. It supports common industrial use cases including transparent data forwarding, video or image transmission, device telemetry, and routed Internet access.

With a single SIM architecture, IER5011GG supports 5G SA/NSA and provides broad cellular module compatibility for different project needs. Dual‑band 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz Wi‑Fi delivers up to 1200Mbps, enabling local wireless access for operators and wireless connection for edge devices when cabling is limited.

IER5011GG offers Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and rich industrial interfaces including serial and DIO, with GPS expansion available for location‑based applications. Management is simplified through web configuration and remote configuration, supporting fast rollout and centralized maintenance across multiple sites.

Designed for long‑term field deployment, IER5011GG operates from -30°C to 75°C and supports wall‑mount installation. The wide‑voltage and wide‑temperature design helps the router maintain stable performance in complex scenarios such as roadside cabinets, industrial yards, utility monitoring points and distributed equipment rooms.

IER5011GG is compliant with CE, FCC and RoHS and is supplied with a 5‑year warranty.

Typical application topology includes an industrial control cabinet where PLC/RTU devices connect through Ethernet or serial, and the router provides 5G uplink to the SCADA platform. Another topology is a video surveillance site where IP cameras connect to Ethernet and video streams are transmitted over 5G to an NVR or cloud VMS. A third topology is a field service network where technicians connect to the router Wi‑Fi for commissioning while the router maintains secure 5G backhaul.
