NEU1021GZP 2-Port Gigabit PoE Industrial Switch with 2.5G SFP

NEU1021GZP is a compact industrial Ethernet switch engineered for harsh environments where networks must remain stable and easy to maintain. As an unmanaged design, it enables rapid plug-and-play installation for industrial projects that do not require configuration. The unit delivers PoE power and data to edge devices while providing a 2.5G uplink to improve aggregation bandwidth and support longer-distance backbone connections.

This industrial Ethernet switch integrates two Gigabit PoE RJ45 ports to connect and power field equipment. Each PoE port can supply up to 30W, helping reduce external power supplies and simplifying wiring for devices such as IP cameras, industrial sensors, and wireless access points. A 2.5G fiber uplink connects to the plant backbone or control-room switch, improving uplink speed and making the solution suitable for higher-traffic edge deployments.

For industrial reliability, the switch supports dual redundant DC48–58V inputs with reverse polarity protection. The rugged design helps resist surge, lightning, electromagnetic interference, and vibration in electrically noisy environments. Wide temperature support from -40°C to 75°C enables use in outdoor cabinets, factories, tunnels, and other demanding sites. The fanless design supports quiet, maintenance-free operation in 24/7 environments.

Typical applications include industrial automation networks, security surveillance systems, and industrial edge connectivity. In a typical topology, the core switch in the control room connects via fiber to the NEU1021GZP installed near cameras or controllers. Short copper drops connect PoE devices to the two RJ45 ports, while the 2.5G fiber uplink carries data traffic back to the backbone over longer distance.
