NEU3084G Industrial Network Switch 8G RJ45 + 4G SFP Managed Switch

NEU3084G is a rugged L2 managed industrial Ethernet switch designed to build stable and secure networks in harsh environments. It provides 8 auto‑negotiating 10/100/1000Base‑TX RJ45 ports for edge devices and 4 1G SFP slots for fiber uplinks, enabling flexible copper-to-fiber aggregation across long distances. The compact IP40-rated, fanless aluminum enclosure enhances heat dissipation and supports continuous operation in demanding industrial sites.

The switch is built for industrial networking where uptime matters. It supports ERPS ring redundancy with self-healing recovery time under 50 ms, and also supports STP/RSTP/MSTP to protect the network from loops. For traffic engineering and predictable performance, it supports IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, IEEE 802.1p QoS, port aggregation, port mirroring, port priority settings, and broadcast storm suppression. Multicast optimization is supported through IGMP v1/v2/v3 and IGMP snooping.

NEU3084G can be deployed and maintained efficiently using Console and Web management interfaces. For centralized management platforms, it supports SNMP v1/v2/v3. It also includes network protection functions such as IP scan, UDP port scan, TCP port scan, and worm transmission protection to strengthen operational stability in industrial networks.

Typical applications include factory automation cell networks, PLC and HMI aggregation, SCADA communication backbones, and security surveillance networks where multiple IP cameras and controllers connect over copper while fiber SFP uplinks connect to control rooms or central switches. Common topologies include point-to-point links, star and tree networks in plant-wide deployments, and ring networks for production lines where fast recovery is required.

NEU3084G uses dual redundant DC power inputs with a wide 9 to 52 VDC range and reverse protection, supporting resilient cabinet power design. It is designed for an operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C and high EMC performance for industrial sites. It comes with a 5-year warranty and is CE, FCC, RoHS certified.
